Making Amends

Conflict happens. It’s not an “if” it’s a “when”. Especially when you put two or more people in the same room for 6-8 hours. And at some point… we’ve all been the cause of that conflict. And here is where once again, courageous conversations come into play.

It takes courage to admit that what we said or did (or what we didn’t say or do) had a negative impact on someone or a group of people. It takes even more courage to step into action and try to make amends.
