Team Agreements for Administrators

A program-based coaching experience for administrators who want to strengthen the teams they lead.

Leadership teams are often expected to keep programs moving—supporting staff, responding to challenges, managing priorities, making decisions, and implementing new initiatives—without having much time to step back and think intentionally about how they are supporting the teams they lead.

Then the cracks start to show.

Communication becomes inconsistent. Roles and expectations may feel unclear. Conflict is avoided or handled differently from one leader to another. Team dynamics, workplace culture, and long-standing patterns begin to affect how staff work together. And even strong administrators can find themselves spending more time reacting to problems than intentionally strengthening their teams.

Team Agreements Group Coaching for Administrators gives program leaders dedicated space and ongoing support to step back, think through what is happening across their program, and determine how to move their teams forward.

While the Team Agreements process provides an important foundation, coaching can also address the broader realities of leading teams—including communication, conflict, culture, accountability, roles, relationships, and the day-to-day challenges that come with supporting staff.

Team Agreements Workbook

Use the workbook to guide conversations with your classroom team, clarify how you want to work together, and put your agreements into practice.

Monthly Live Community of Practice

Once a month, your administrative team meets privately with me on Zoom to focus on the real situations happening in your program.

These sessions are not a general administrator group or open Community of Practice. They are dedicated coaching sessions for your program, shaped by the needs of your staff, your teams, and your leadership context.

We may work through topics such as:

  • Strengthening communication and team relationships

  • Clarifying roles, expectations, and accountability

  • Navigating conflict and challenging team dynamics

  • Building staff buy-in and supporting change

  • Identifying patterns, problem-solving challenges, and planning next steps

The agenda is shaped by the real questions, challenges, and situations your administrative team brings to each session.

What’s Included

Team Agreements Masterclass

The self-paced Masterclass helps administrators understand the Team Agreements process and how to support staff in using it effectively.

Work through the why, what, and how behind the process so you feel prepared to introduce Team Agreements, guide teaching teams through the work, and support implementation when questions or challenges arise.

Designed for Programs

This service is purchased by a program or organization, rather than by individual administrators.

Your administrative team participates together, creating shared language, greater consistency, and a stronger approach to supporting teaching teams across the program.
